Section 1-1220. PROPOSED FINDINGS

1220.1The Board may request parties to submit proposed findings of fact and conclusions of law for the consideration of the Board within the time the Presiding Member may direct.

1220.2Copies of proposed findings and conclusions shall be served by each party upon the opposing party.
