Section 1-1407. REPORTING ACCIDENTS

1407.1Any accident to an individual within an area for which a permit is issued shall be reported to the building manager.

1407.2The building manager shall report any accident on the form prescribed by the Director, OPM.

1407.3If an injured person is moved to a hospital, the injury shall be reported to the Police or the D.C. Fire and Emergency Medical Services Department.
