Section 1-1506. INSPECTION OF RECORDS

1506.1In accordance with section 11(a) of the Act, the Administrator may inspect any public record of the District of Columbia. Officers and employees of the government shall cooperate fully in such inspections and no document or record may be withheld on the grounds that it is privileged or confidential.

1506.2Neither the Administrator nor his designee shall disclose information obtained from the examination of privileged or confidential records.
