Section 1-1533. ESSENTIAL RECORDS

1533.1The Administrator shall establish and issues guidelines, standards, and instructions for the identification of essential records and their security and preservation.

1533.2Each agency shall establish an essential records program in accordance with directives and instructions issued by the Administrator.

1533.3The Administrator shall provide for the storage and protection of essential records or duplicate copies of essential records in a secure depository.
