Section 1-1712. REPORTING REQUIREMENTS

1712.1Each District agency shall file with the Chief Financial Officer of the District of Columbia a detailed report on any interest penalty payments made during the preceding fiscal year.
1712.2The report shall include the numbers, amounts and frequency (on a percentage basis of interest penalty payments made during the preceding fiscal year).
1712.3Reports shall be delivered to the Chief Financial Officer of the District of Columbia within sixty (60) days after the conclusion of each fiscal year.

Pursuant to section 424 of the District of Columbia Home Rule Act of 1973, as amended by Pub. L. No. 109-356, approved October 16, 2006 (D.C. Official Code 1-204.24a et seq.), all duties of the Deputy Mayor for Financial Management have been transferred to the Chief Financial Officer of the District of Columbia.
