Section 1-2205. REQUIREMENTS FOR PARTICIPATION IN HEARING

2205.1To participate in a proceeding before the Board, a person shall file with the D.C. Energy Office, at a time prior to the deadline set forth in the notice of public hearing, the following information:

(a)Name, address and telephone number;

(b)Whether he or she will appear as a proponent or opponent of the application; and

(c)A statement setting forth the grounds upon which he or she supports or opposes the application.
