Section 1-2207. ORDER OF PROCEDURE

2207.1The order of procedure for presenting evidence at the hearing shall be as follows:

(a)Introductory statement by the Presiding Officer;

(b)Applicant’s case;

(c)Testimony from parties in support of the application;

(d)Testimony from parties in opposition to the application; and

(e)Rebuttal by applicant.
