Section 1-2810. IDENTIFICATION OF PARTIES

    2810.1Any paper filed at OAH should contain the name, address, telephone number, and fax number, if any, of the person who files it.

     

    2810.2Any paper filed at OAH by an attorney or other representative must identify the represented party and must contain the District of Columbia Bar number, if any, of the attorney.

     

    2810.3A party, attorney, or representative must notify the Clerk and all other parties in writing of any change in address, telephone number, or fax number within three (3) calendar days of the change.

     

    2810.4The most recent contact information provided by a party, attorney, or other representative under this Section shall be considered correct. A party or representative who does not keep an address current may fail to receive orders and may lose the case as a result.

     

    2810.5The Clerk may reject, or an Administrative Law Judge may strike, any paper that does not comply with this section.
