2832.1An Administrative Law Judge shall recuse himself or herself in accordance with the standards applicable to judges of the Superior Court of the District of Columbia.
2832.2Administrative Law Judges shall at all times be in compliance with the OAH Code of Judicial Ethics, which shall be available to the public.
