Section 1-2840. CHIEF ADMINISTRATIVE LAW JUDGE RESPONSIBILITIES

 

2840.1The Chief Administrative Law Judge or his or her designee may administer an oath of office to an Administrative Law Judge or other OAH employee.

 

2840.2The Chief Administrative Law Judge shall review these Rules within thirty-six (36) months of their final promulgation, and, in his or her discretion, may issue revised rules for public comment and promulgation after the review.
