2909.1The OAH record in any case referred by DCPS is confidential. Only the following persons may have access to that record:
(a)The adult student;
(b)The minor student’s parent, guardian, or representative;
(c)Any person who has the written consent of the adult student or the minor student’s parent or guardian; and
(d)School officials with a legitimate interest.
