Section 1-800. PURPOSE AND SCOPE

800.1The purpose of this chapter is to establish the procedure for the request and authorization of official travel and the reimbursement of official business expenses, pursuant to Reorganization Plan No. 5 of 1983 and Mayor’s Order 84-52.

800.2The provisions of this chapter shall apply to all employees of the District of Columbia Government.

Code § 47-310, as amended, (1997 Repl. And 1999 Supp.)) and Reorganization Plan No. 5 of 1983, effective March 1, 1984.
