Section 10-B3502. MEETINGS OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

 

3502.1The Board of Directors shall have a regular meeting on the second (2nd) and fourth (4th) Tuesday of each month at 5:30 p.m. in the principal office of the Agency.  If the day of the regular meeting falls on a holiday, the meeting shall be held on the next succeeding business day.

 

3502.2Other meetings of the Board of Directors may be held upon the call of the Chairperson, Secretary, or of a majority of the incumbent members of the Board.

 

3502.3Special meetings shall be held at the principal office of the Agency, or at such locations as may be established by the Board of Directors.  Notice of each special meeting shall be provided in accordance with the applicable laws of the District of Columbia.

 

3502.4The annual meeting of the Board shall be held on the second (2nd) Tuesday of January of each year at 5:30 p.m. at the principal office of the Agency, or at such locations as may be established by the Board of Directors; provided, that if the date falls on a holiday, the annual meeting shall be held on the next succeeding business day.

 

3502.5Except as provided in Section 3503 of this chapter, each regular and special meeting of the Board shall be open to the public.

 

3502.6No person or representative of any person or group shall have the right to be heard or to present oral or written evidence at a meeting of the Board without permission of the presiding officer of the meeting. The presiding officer may impose reasonable conditions in granting permission.
