    413.1With the costs of providing new transportation facilities on the rise, the District must constantly look for ways to reduce travel demand as well as to more effectively use its existing and future transportation systems. This section of the Element addresses Transportation Demand Management (TDM), curbside management and parking, truck and tour bus movement, and travel information. 413.1
