Section 10-B2026. FINAL DECISIONS BY THE BOARD

2026.1The final decision of the Board shall be in writing and be issued after the conclusion of the disposition hearing.

2026.2The Board's final decision shall be accompanied by findings of fact and conclusions of law, if any.

2026.3The findings of fact shall consist of a concise statement of the conclusions upon each contested issue of fact.

2026.4Findings of fact and conclusions of law shall be supported by and in accordance with reliable, probative, and substantial evidence.

2026.5A copy of the decision, findings and conclusions, and any resolution accompanying each decision shall be served upon each party.
