Section 10-B2101. CONFLICT OF INTEREST

2101.1A person shall be disqualified from participating as a member of a development team or from having any ownership interest in a proposed development if that participation would be a conflict of interest under the laws and regulations of the District.

2101.2No individual may represent a community group, ANC, or residents' association in meetings or public hearings conducted by the RLA or in written communications if that individual or community group, ANC, or residents' association has any personal financial interest in the development team or development entity.
