Section 10-B2130. SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR BUSINESSES DISPLACED BY URBAN RENEWAL

    2130.1The purpose of §§2130 through 2133 of this chapter is to set forth the policies and basic procedure of the Redevelopment Land Agency to fulfill its obligations to those businesses displaced by public action and entitled to benefits under §§633.90 through 633.96 (Special Disposition Requirements) of the Urban Renewal Plan For The Downtown Urban Renewal Area approved by the District Council on January 28, 1969, as amended.

     

    2130.2The provisions of this chapter shall apply to qualified businesses located in the Downtown Urban Renewal Area which were displaced by Agency or District action and which are entitled to or have exercised benefits under the Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition Policies Act of 1970 (42 USCA 4601, et seq.).
