Section 10-B2206. INSPECTIONS

2206.1The D.C. Department of Consumer and Regulatory Affairs shall inspect relocation housing units and shall furnish reports on those housing units that may be requested by the Relocation Office.

2206.2Inspections may be requested to determine whether housing units proposed for replacement dwellings or already occupied as replacement dwellings, are decent, safe, and sanitary under the D.C. Housing Code (Title 14 DCMR).
