Section 10-B2212. JOINT RESIDENTIAL AND BUSINESS USE

2212.1Displaced individuals or families occupying living quarters on the same premises as a displaced business, shall be considered separate persons for purposes of determining entitlement to relocation payments.

2212.2The owner-occupant of a multi-family dwelling shall, in addition to the payment for the moving of his or her own person property, also be eligible to receive moving payments under §2216 for the other units of the multi-family dwelling.
