Section 10-B2302. SCOPE OF REVIEW

2302.1The scope of review to be used by District departments and agencies in assessing projects under this chapter shall include the following:

(a)Consistency with laws in the District of Columbia, including the Comprehensive Plan for the National Capital and regulations enacted pursuant thereto;

(b)Potential traffic, neighborhood and design impact; and

(c)Quality of life and environmental impact.
