Chapter 10-B23. LARGE TRACT REVIEW PROCEDURES |
Section 10-B2304. EXEMPTIONS

2304.1The following areas and sites shall be exempted from the provisions of this chapter:
(a)Areas of the city that are currently within the C-3-C, C-4 and C-5 zoned districts;
(b)Campus Plans which have been approved by the Board of Zoning Adjustment;
(c)Private schools which have been approved by the Board of Zoning Adjustment;
(d)All R-5-A projects which have been approved by the Board of Zoning Adjustment;
(e)Office buildings located within the special purpose zoning districts which have been approved by the Board of Zoning Adjustment;
(f)Projects that are submitted to the District of Columbia Zoning Commission under Title 11 DCMR, §2400, "Planned Unit Development," of the Zoning Regulations of the District of Columbia;
(g)Properties owned or controlled by the Redevelopment Land Agency;
(h)Federal and District owned properties;
(i)Properties under the auspices of the Architect of the Capitol; and
(j)Projects that are currently under Large Tract Review by the Office of Planning as of July 28, 1986.
