Section 10-B2709. STREETS (PERMANENT SYSTEM OF HIGHWAYS PLAN)

2709.1All subdivisions shall conform to the Plan of the Permanent System of Highways prepared and adopted under the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled, "An Act to provide a Permanent System of Highways in that part of the District of Columbia lying outside of cities," approved March 2, 1893 (27 Stat. 532), and subsequent amendments thereto.

2709.2The streets shown on the Plan of the Permanent System of Highways shall comply with the provisions of D.C. Code §7-117 (1981).
