    2716.1The size and shape of all lots on a plat of subdivision shall be appropriate as regards the location of the subdivision, and be the size and shape as to permit compliance with all requirements of the Zoning Regulations.

     

    2716.2The orientation and location of all lots on a subdivision shall provide for sewer, water, storm drainage ingress and egress in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

     

    2716.3All lots on a plat of subdivision shall have frontage on a public street or public alley. So called land-locked lots shall not be permitted on a plat of subdivision. Except for commercial purposes or those uses permitted on alley lots by the Zoning Regulations, a proposed lot in a plat of subdivision shall have a street frontage.

     

    2716.4Except for those uses permitted on alley lots by the Zoning Regulations, a lot shall have a minimum frontage of fourteen feet (14 ft.) measured along the front lot line; Provided, that if the front line is other than at right angles to the side lot line, the minimum distance shall be determined as the minimum distance between the side lot lines.
