Section 10-B2814. OVERLAPS AND VACANCIES

2814.1When an overlap or vacancy is encountered after apportioning for any fullness or shortage the Land Surveyor shall bring it to the attention of the D.C. Surveyor, for a resolution, if feasible.

2814.2When the resolution requires correcting an error or inconsistency appearing on a plat of subdivision, the correction of the plat shall be made only by the D.C. Surveyor.

2814.3Where the resolution requires correcting or amending a deed description, the owner of record shall be responsible for correcting or amending the deed description.
