Section 10-B2817. DISCREPANCIES

    2817.1Where a discrepancy in any of the records is found by the Registered Land Surveyor, he or she shall make an effort to resolve the discrepancy in consultation with the Office of the Surveyor.

     

    2817.2Where a discrepancy is found by the D.C. Surveyor in any data developed or established by a Registered Land Surveyor, the D.C. Surveyor shall make an effort to resolve the discrepancy in consultation with the Registered Land Surveyor.

     

    2817.3A discrepancy that apparently cannot be resolved in accordance with provisions of this chapter shall be subject to the procedures contained in the D.C. Administrative Procedure Act, D.C. Code §1-1509 (1989 Supp.).
