Section 10-B3011. TRANSCRIPTS OF HEARINGS

3011.1Hearings shall be recorded under Board supervision.

3011.2Approved transcripts of hearings shall be supplied by the Board to an individual affected by the proceedings upon request and the payment of the costs of the transcript.

3011.3Changes in the official transcript may be made only when they involve errors affecting substantive matters.

3011.4A motion to correct a transcript shall be filed with the Board within ten (10) days of receipt of the transcript. The Board shall rule on all motions to correct the transcript.
