Section 10-B3600. AGENCY HOUSING PROGRAM

3600.1The Board may adopt an Agency housing program or programs which shall set forth, as Agency goals, the number, location, and other characteristics of housing units to be financed by the Agency, specifically those which the Agency desires to be occupied by low- and moderate-income persons. Agency housing programs may be amended from time to time.
