4600.1The Purpose of this chapter is to provide criteria to be considered in identifying "deteriorated property" that constitutes a threat to the public health, safety, or welfare or that contributes to the blight or dilapidation of the area immediately surrounding the subject property pursuant to D.C. Official Code § 42-3171.01(2) (2006 Supp.).
