Section 10-B5505. REPORTING REQUIREMENTS

 

5505.1The OBED shall prepare annually a report for HED which shall describe the operations of each business incubator; including, but not limited to, a discussion of the following:

 

(a)The business operation of each tenant;

 

(b)The impact of the product or service provided to the public and the job training opportunities of each tenant to the economic development objectives of the District for which the tenant business was selected;

 

(c)The employment benefits and revenues generated to the District as a result of the establishment of the business incubator;

 

(d)The utilization of support services;

 

(e)Recurrent problems experienced in the management of the business incubator, as well as the recommended corrective action;

 

(f)Financial or technical assistance provided to a tenant business by the public or private sector;

 

(g)The establishment and implementation of business incubator policies, rules, and regulations; and

 

(h)Legislative initiatives which will increase the productivity, viability, and economic benefits of business tenants or a business incubator facility.
