Section 10-B5702. DESIGNATED NEIGHBORHOOD COMMERCIAL STRIPS

 

5702.1The following commercial areas shall be eligible for business or real property acquisition loans under the Business Purchase Assistance Program:

 

(a)Eighteenth Street, N.W. from Florida Avenue to Columbia Road, N.W.; and Columbia Road, N.W. from Belmont Street to Mozart Place (Ward 1);

 

(b)Georgia Avenue from Florida Avenue, N.W. to Eastern Avenue (Wards 1 and 4);

 

(c)Fourteenth Street from M Street, N.W. to Randolph Street, N.W., and 14th Street from Allison Street, N.W. to Decatur Street, N.W. ( Wards 1 and 4);

 

(d)U Street from Seventh Street, N.W. to 15th Street, N.E. (Wards 2 and 6);

 

(e)H Street from Third Street, N.E. to 15th Street, N.E. (Wards 2 and 6);

 

(f)Kennedy Street from Second Street, N.W. to Georgia Avenue, N.W. (Wards 1 and 2);

 

(g)Seventh Street from New York Avenue, N.W. to Florida Avenue, N.W. (Wards 1 and 2);

 

(h)Twelfth Street, N.E. from Michigan Avenue to Monroe Street, N.E. (Ward 5);

 

(i)Bladensburg Road from H Street, N.E. to Mt. Olivet Road, N.E. (Ward 5);

 

(j)Rhode Island Avenue from Fourth Street, N.E. to South Dakota Avenue, N.E. (Ward 5);

 

(k)Benning Road from Maryland Avenue, N.E. to Oklahoma Avenue, N.E. (Wards 5 and 6); and

 

(l)All commercial areas of Wards 6 (East of the River), 7 and 8.
