Section 10-B5808. MINIMUM QUALIFYING REQUIREMENTS FOR LEASE OR SUBLEASE

5808.1In order to qualify for a lease or sublease, the applicant must demonstrate that it is unable to secure financing for the facility, or a comparable facility, on prevailing commercial terms.

5808.2The provisions of sections 5800.2 through 5800.5 of these regulations shall apply to any Qualified High Technology Company seeking to lease or sublease space under the Affordable Facilities Lease Program described in section 5806 of these regulations.
