Section 10-B6901. ANNUAL COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM

6901.1The Mayor shall prepare on an annual basis a CDP pursuant to the requirements of the Act, including notice and hearing requirements.

6901.2Following submission to and approval of the CDP by the Council, DHCD shall implement the program and activities of the approved CDP.

6901.3Any modifications to the CDP shall be made in a manner consistent with §3 of D.C. Code §5-902.
