Section 10-C107. FUNCTIONS OF THE HISTORIC PRESERVATION OFFICE

107.1The Historic Preservation Office serves as the professional staff to the Mayor's Agent, State Historic Preservation Officer, and Historic Preservation Review Board.

107.2The HPO performs customary staff functions as well as any functions and duties specifically delegated to it by the Mayor's Agent, SHPO, or HPRB.

107.3The Historic Preservation Office also performs any other functions assigned in its role as a component of the Office of Planning.
