Section 10-C208. OFFICIAL FILING OF AN APPLICATION

208.1Within ten (10) days of receipt of an application, the staff shall determine whether it is complete. If the application is complete, and the applicant has paid the applicable filing fee, the staff shall assign a case number, date stamp, and officially file the application.
208.2When the staff has completed the official filing, the application is considered a pending application, and if the property is a proposed historic landmark, it is protected by the Act.
208.3The staff may correct errors on an application form at any time during the filing process or before the designation hearing, and shall make a notation of any corrections on the form.
