Section 10-C217. DESIGNATION HEARING

217.1The Board shall hold a public hearing to receive information and public comments on each application for historic landmark or historic district designation.

217.2At the designation hearing, the Board shall consider the eligibility of the property for listing in both the D.C. Inventory and the National Register.

217.3The designation hearing shall be conducted in accordance with the Board's procedures in Chapter 31.
