Section 10-C312. APPLICATION MATERIALS: ACCURACY AND ADEQUACY OF INFORMATION

    312.1All application materials shall accurately represent the existing conditions of the property and the nature of the work proposed. The entire scope of the proposed project shall be accurately represented in the application, except when the application is for a supplemental permit or permit for a portion of a phased project. The signature of the owner or the owner's agent on the application is considered to attest to its completeness and accuracy.

     

    312.2The Board may request any additional information as may be reasonably necessary for a decision or recommendation.

     

    312.3If an applicant does not supply sufficient information, the Board may defer the case until sufficient information is provided. If the applicant does not supply the information within a reasonable time period specified by the staff, the Board may return the application to the Mayor's Agent, and the Mayor's Agent may deny the issuance of the permit.
