Section 10-C317. REVIEW BY THE COMMISSION OF FINE ARTS

317.1The Commission of Fine Arts and the Old Georgetown Board review applications in accordance with procedures they adopt.

317.2The HPO may evaluate applications referred to the CFA, and may coordinate with the CFA and its staff in reviewing applications. The HPO staff may participate and provide public comment on behalf of the Board or SHPO in any review of a case by the Commission or the Old Georgetown Board.
