Section 10-C322. REVIEW BY THE BOARD

322.1The Board shall hold regular public meetings for the purpose of reviewing applications for work affecting historic landmarks or historic districts. All Board reviews shall occur at a public meeting.

322.2The Board shall review applications scheduled on its Agenda, Consent Calendar, or Denial Calendar. Cases on the Agenda will be heard by the Board in open session with the opportunity for public comment. Cases on the Consent Calendar or Denial Calendar will be acted upon based on submitted materials and staff reports without further public comment.
