Section 10-C332. CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL

332.1The Board's recommendations on an application, including an application for conceptual design review and preliminary review, remains in effect for a period of two years from the date of the Board's action granting conceptual approval. Upon expiration of this period, the applicant may return to the Board with a request for an extension of one additional period of two years for good cause shown. The Board is not required to reopen the review of the application, and shall not unreasonably withhold its approval of an extension. Upon expiration of the extension, or if the extension is denied, a new application shall be required for any further review of the project by the Board.
332.2The Board's delegation of final review authority to the staff at the conclusion of conceptual review shall also remain effect for a period of two years from the date of the Board's action. After the delegation has expired, the applicant shall be required to return to the Board to request an additional two years on the basis of good cause shown. The Board shall not unreasonably withhold its approval of an extension. Upon expiration of this extension, or if the extension is denied, the staff shall return the application to the Board for final review.
332.3The Mayor's Agent shall recognize any time limitations or any other conditions the CFA may place on its approvals.
