Chapter 10-C4. MAYOR'S AGENT REVIEW OF WORK AFFECTING HISTORIC LANDMARKS AND HISTORIC DISTRICTS |
Section 10-C406. NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING

406.1The Mayor's Agent shall give notice of a public hearing not less than thirty (30) days before the hearing, as follows:
(a)By first class mail to the applicant, the owners of all property abutting the property involved in the application, and the affected Advisory Neighborhood Commission; or
(b)By first class mail to all persons listed on the public mailing list described in Chapter 32.
406.2Notice of the public hearing shall state the following:
(a)The time, date, and location of the hearing;
(b)The name of the applicant;
(c)The case number and nature of the application;
(d)The street address of the property involved;
(e)The lot and square number of the property involved;
(f)The nature of the applicant's claim;
(g)The number of the affected ANC; and
(h)The filing requirements for participation as a party.
