Section 10-C410. ISSUANCE OF FINAL ORDER

410.1Upon closure of the hearing record, the Mayor's Agent shall issue a final written order, including findings of fact and conclusions of law. The final order shall be filed with the record of the case.

410.2The final order shall be based only upon the exclusive record of the hearing or any lesser portions of the exclusive record that may be agreed upon by the parties at the hearing.

410.3The Mayor's Agent shall give notice to each party participating in the hearing, by serving the party with a copy of the final order.

410.4The final order shall be issued as expeditiously as possible after closure of the hearing record.

410.5The final order shall be effective fifteen (15) days after service.
