1500.1Miscellaneous Overlay Districts are created to implement the Comprehensive Plan and other public policy goals and objectives.
1500.2The Miscellaneous Overlay Districts include, but are not limited to, those overlay districts that are applied to a specific small area or neighborhood that requires special treatment in controlling land uses.
1500.3The Miscellaneous Overlay Districts may provide development incentives, restrictions, or a combination thereof.
