Section 11-1564. SPECIAL EXCEPTIONS (FT)

1564.1The Board of Zoning Adjustment, after public hearing, may waive or vary the requirements of this chapter relating to building setback, landscaping, and fencing, as a special exception in accordance with § 3104; provided, that the proposed variations in standards are generally consistent with the chapter.
