Section 11-1566. GENERAL PROVISIONS (CB/UT)

1566.1The CB/UT Overlay District is mapped in combination with the underlying Residence District and not instead of the underlying district.

1566.2Where there is a conflict between the CB/UT Overlay District and the underlying zoning, the more restrictive provisions of this title shall govern.
