Section 11-1572. HEIGHT AND FLOOR AREA RATIO RESTRICTIONS (CHC)

    1572.1Except as provided in § 1572.2, the maximum permitted building height in the CHC Overlay District shall be the height permitted in the underlying Commercial District.

     

    1572.2If the affected property is located in both the CHC Overlay District and the CAP Overlay District, the maximum permitted building height shall be the height permitted in the CAP Overlay District.

     

    1572.3Except as provided in § 1572.4, the maximum permitted floor area ratio for a building or structure in the CHC Overlay District shall be 3.0 for all permitted uses.

     

    1572.4Notwithstanding § 1203.3, the maximum permitted floor area ratio for a building or structure located in both the CHC Overlay District and the CAP Overlay District shall be 2.5 for all permitted uses.

     

    1572.5A penthouse within the CHC Overlay District shall conform to the height and use provisions in the underlying Commercial District.
