Section 11-1726. PIA: STREETWALL DESIGN (DD/MVT)

1726.1Each building shall devote not less than sixty-five percent (65%) of the surface area of the streetwall(s) at the ground level, to a height of at least twenty-two (22) feet, to display windows with clear and/or low-emissivity glass, except for decorative or architectural accent and entrances to commercial uses or to the building.

1726.2Each building shall devote not less than sixty-five percent (65%) of the surface area of the streetwall between eighteen (18) feet and twenty-two (22) feet above grade to clear and/or low-emissivity glass.
