Section 11-2512. HEIGHTS OF BUILDINGS ADJACENT TO PUBLIC BUILDINGS

 

2512.1In addition to the requirements of this title, buildings or structures adjacent to public buildings shall be subject to the "Schedule of Heights of Buildings Adjacent to Public Buildings" as adopted by the Commissioners of the District of Columbia in conformity with § 5 of the Act to Regulate the Height of Buildings in the District of Columbia, approved June 1, 1910 (36 Stat. 452, 453, as amended; D.C. Official Code § 6-601.05(f)(2001) (formerly codified at D.C. Code § 5-405(f) (1994 Repl. & 1999 Supp.))), and published as Appendix G in the Zoning Regulations, effective May 12, 1958, as amended by the Schedule of Heights of Building Amendment Act of 1998, effective April 20, 1999 (D.C. Law 12-234, 46 DCR 4147 (May 7, 1999)), reprinted as amended in the appendix of this chapter.
