Section 11-2519. SPACING BETWEEN COMMUNITY-BASED RESIDENTIAL FACILITIES

2519.1The "Directory of Public and Private Community-Based Residential Facilities," prepared by the Office of Planning, updated through July 9, 1981, shall be used to determine if there are any other community-based residential facilities located in the same square or within a specified distance of a proposed community-based residential facility, whenever these regulations require that this determination be made. The Directory may be updated from time to time by the Zoning Administrator.
