Section 11-2606. EXEMPTION FROM COMPLIANCE

2606.1The Board of Zoning Adjustment is authorized to grant partial or complete relief from the requirement of § 2603 upon a showing that compliance (whether on site, offsite or a combination thereof) would deny the applicant economically viable use of its land.
2606.2No application for a variance from the requirements of § 2603.2 may be granted until the Board of Zoning Adjustment has voted to deny an application for relief pursuant to this section or § 2607.
