Section 11-2608. APPLICABILITY DATE

 

2608.1The provisions of §§ 2600 through 2607 of this Chapter as adopted by Zoning Commission Orders No. 04-33, 04-33A, and 04-33B and all amendments made by Orders No. 04-33A and 04-33B to 11 DCMR Chapters 1, 11 through 14, 15, 16, and 19 shall become effective upon the publication of the first purchase/rental schedule in the D.C. Register.

 

2608.2With the exception of penthouse habitable space approved by the Zoning Commission pursuant to § 411.24, the provisions of this chapter shall not apply to any building approved by the Zoning Commission pursuant to Chapter 24 if the approved application was set down for hearing prior to March 14, 2008.
